Professional rectangular cushioned nail file. A cushioned file cushions the filing on the nails, making it more comfortable than padded files, which are harder.
File with the #100 grit side of the file to remove gel from the nails. However, when the professional has removed 90% of the gel, you should switch to the other side, which has the #180 grit, in order to remove the rest.
The #180 grit leaves the nail smoother and softer, greatly benefiting the service so that the varnish has a smooth effect when applied to the nails. Files can be disinfected by spraying.
Files should not be dipped in disinfectant liquids. Blue centre in the middle of the thickness.
